The Sign of the Luminous Cross and Refuges
For Your Discernment
Jesus said: “My people, I have told you that there would be a luminous cross, like the one in Thermal, California, above in the sky over every refuge throughout the whole time of the tribulation. People, that come to My refuges and look upon this cross, will be healed of any pandemic virus, or any other health problem. I am showing you multiple places with luminous crosses to emphasize that these crosses will be above all of My refuges all over the world. There will also be spiritual healings from looking on My luminous cross. If you have a priest at a refuge, then you can have Confession. But if a priest is not present, you can say your Act of Contrition prayer while you are looking on the luminous cross, and your sins will be forgiven. I will be providing for all of your physical and spiritual needs at My refuges, so have no fear and trust in Me and My angels to protect you.”

There is growing discussion these days about signs of luminous crosses and talk of "refuges" that have been pre-ordained by Our Blessed Mother's visits.
This image was captured dropping from out of the sun over the grounds at Sylvan Springs where Our Lady of America made Herself known for the first time in 1956. It was mid-day and a group of pilgrims had just completed a full rosary and Divine Mercy Chaplet.
The doors are open if you care to visit for yourself.

I realize there are many people who are not fazed by John Leary or any of a number of other "message" givers including the Medjugorjia messages but either all of these different people around the globe have gotten together in some grand conspiracy to deceive the world or there is something real and relevant here for us to acknowledge. I think this is real and we need to take it to heart and come back to Jesus in a BIG way. I have looked at the many photos and I have studied the illustrious history of this holy place and I believe it is a refuge for the faithful both spiritually and physically. Our Blessed Mother is calling to us to put our faith in Her Son. I cannot wait to visit with my family.
I couldn't agree with Kay more...the messages from so many "prophets" are all so similar and the language is becoming more urgent. I have had the blessing to visit Rome City twice, and have felt the peace that envelops everyone the moment they set foot on the property and witnessed the sun spinning and pulsating! I wish I was back there right now!
Now more than ever, this country desperately and urgently needs Our Lady of America! I pray that the Bishops will follow Our Lady's requests, by enthroning Her statue in D.C. and promoting the devotion. I pray that they will also recognize Sylvan Springs as the holy ground that hundreds of pilgrims have already discovered.
Jesus, Mary I love you, save souls. St. Joseph, pray for us.

I FIRMLY believe Sylvan Springs will be one of the sites of the permanent signs during the great enlightenment. Our Lady's presence is felt the moment you drive onto the grounds. The "Our Lady Mother of Mercy Chapel" the birthplace of Our Lady of America has an almost overwhelming peace and calm that can make every anxiety disappear. Holy Family Hill feels much the same way.
It is a safe haven. A REFUGE.
Don't believe me? You will just have to go there yourself. I recommend you call ahead and ask for Nick to give a free tour. He is just one of the blessed souls there who give their time freely for Our Lady of America.
I don't go in for the "messages" from anything but the gospels, but there is too much agreement amongst what is being said, seen, and felt by all sorts of faithful people these days. We need to remember: "Jesus, I trust in YOU!"
I have never been to any pilgrimage place. I am leaning very heavily towards a visit to Rome City this Spring. I can sense something of a holy and mystical nature unfolding right before our eyes.
Even though John Leary is not "approved" by the Church, neither is Medjugorje or any of the other places or seers who are all singing the same tune these days. Look at how many people are being converted through the intervention of Our Blessed Mother at these places. I know Rome City is one of these places too and it is just a matter of time before it will be one of the most visited holy places in all of the United States. I have stopped by several times over the past several years and it is one of my favorite places to spend a few hours praying. I agree with the other writers and their comments.
I pray that all the people who are supporters of OLA get their priorities straight and listen to the bishops in charge and not the people looking to profit from trademarks and copyrights. How can you put a trade restriction on the Blessed Mother? Heaven help them to be obedient to the bishops and to come back to Mother Church.
John Leary was approved to speak by our bishop in our diocese and I went to see him and several other speakers who had "messages" for the faithful. I found it a very rewarding day.
I believe in Our Lady of America and with what is happening in Rome City, IN. Why not? If the messages from Sr. Ephrem are to be believed then you have to believe it is true.

we don't need to believe any of it is true. we just need to believe it is believable because of Our Lady's plea for purity.
