Letter From Bishop Blair of Toledo
This letter was issued on December 11, 2007. On December 17, 2007, Bishop Blair issued a revision to his position that withdrew his support, at this time, for the formation of a public association, sponsored by either the Fostoria or Indianapolis organizations, to promote the devotion to OLA.
We have found no evidence to support the 'anonymous' claims being made by Fostoria supporters that Bishop Blair's position on the status of Patricia Fuller (aka "Sister" Joseph Therese), as stated in his letter of 12/11/07, has changed.
We ask for your continued prayers for Bishop Blair to take a strong position endorsing the formation of a public apostolate to support the devotion to Our Lady of America.

Why don't you copy and present the letter of December 17th as you have the one recinded by it of December 11th?
We have not been given clearance by the bishop to publish the letter of the 17th that you mention.
The only thing the letter of the 17th rescinds is the implied endorsement of a public apostolate AT THIS TIME. It does not rescind any position the Toledo Diocese has towards the recognition of Patricia Fuller as a religious or of any convent she may claim to be a part of.
As to the rest of your comment, we will need full disclosure of your identity as you are not commenting so much as you are attacking without presenting any evidence.
Was the reason for Bishop Blair's sudden withdrawal of support of a public apostolate made known?
From our interpretation of his Dec 17, 2007 letter, Bishop Blair withdrew his immediate support for forming a public apostolate until the Fostoria and Indianapolis groups settled their disagreement on their own.
Being cautious around such a litigious atmosphere, he did not want to take sides in their dispute over material issues and claims of copyrights pertaining to the OLA devotion.
