Our Lady the Immaculate Virgin
The Friday Night Rosary begins at 6:30 pm. Free Tours are available beginning at 4:00 pm every Friday. Impromptu rosaries are started and recited by visitors all throughout the weekend on Holy Family Hill. Everyone is welcome to join in.

It looks pretty clear that this letter only states that Patricia Fuller has been a lay person since 1980 and not a religious nun. It also says she must adhere to the local Bishop (in so many words).
I would not take this letter to support any claim that she is a religious order currently accepted by the local Bishop or sponsored directly by the Vatican as a personal prelate of any kind (as is Opus Dei).
Thank you to OLTIV for presenting this evidence for the faithful to discern.
We must now take the time to pray that this cleansing will clear the path for our good Bishops, under the leadership of Bishop Leonard Blair and Cardinal Burke, to adhere to Our Lady's request to be solemnly honored in The National Basilica as Our lady of America.
