PART II The Perfect Day and A Connection With 2001 Prophesy

Glenn Beck's analysis of recent US intelligence regarding terrorist threats against our children is directly on target. Our Lady painted a rather disturbing picture of these same scenarios in a message to me in May, 2001, but as She always does, She tempered the bad news with a remedy to help minimize the impending peril.

Every time She said "Do not be afraid" I saw school buses filled with children and explosions and children crying. I knew the children would be used to paralyze the parents into a state of isolationism and paranoia. Acts of retaliatory vengeance would erupt against innocent people and a form of social anarchy would begin to brew. Satan would stir things up as best he could and it would be a period of darkness. At that time, I was strongly advised to omit this part of the message by my spiritual advisor for he felt it would be too hard for people to deal with. Now that intelligence officials have made this information known, I feel it is necessary to complete the message from May, 2001 so people can be made fully aware of the threat and the remedy.

Seven weeks after first telling me of these threats in our midst, She spoke to me again and told me that "millions of souls were at stake" in this battle of good versus evil but that heaven's light would be there to guide me in preparing this place as a refuge for Her children. It was during this message She first instructed me to bring people together to pray a full rosary on a regular basis. "Continue to Pray The Rosary as you have... more will be coming to pray with you. This will be a place of safety for all those who seek the promises of Our Lord. Always remember, prayer is the only true peacemaker!" The date was Saturday, July 14, 2001.

The following Friday evening, the first Friday Night Rosary was held at Sylvan Springs on Holy Family Hill and has continued every Friday since then. I believe it has been this continued vigilance with the weekly rosary that has kept this ground safe for Her children and has opened the way for the many fruitful blessings that have been bestowed on the pilgrims who have made the effort to come to this special place. One only has to inspect the many photos that have been supplied by various visitors on Fridays to see that Our Lady is making Her presence known at these prayer events and that She must be pleased with the efforts of all who are coming seeking Her intercession.

Our Lady did say "Do Not Be Afraid!" She was very emphatic about this! Fear opens the door to doubt and lets the devil in to our midst. Be strong in your faith and pray with each other for strength, courage, wisdom, and grace to help fulfill Our Lord's work in your daily life. God can change everything and, with your help, He can change those around you...ask them to join you in prayer and see what happens!

Do not let these people destroy your faith in Our Lord or each other. Our Lady is continuing to intercede on our behalf...remember, every time you pray a rosary you ask Her to "Pray for us sinners" over 50 times. She hears you with perfect love each and every time and She never tires of our petitions.

"Bring me my children. Bring me ALL of my children!"

There is a story on Lifesite News re: the stoppage of an abortion mill in Aurora, IL.

If one were to dig around in the shrubs of this proposed facility, they will find five OLOA medallions and a handful of Miraculous Medals I placed there several months ago when the Gemini group petitioned for zoning at the city meetings.

Our Lady is looking over us. Pray that this slaughterhouse is crushed!

When I made my trip to Rome City in August 2007 - I had mentioned to Nick and my friends that this place was being prepared for a refuge of some type, I wasn't sure exactly what - but I could literally feel the presence of Holy beings on the property as I walked the halls and grounds.

It will only be through the recitation of the Rosary, the constant vigil and prayers of the people that continue to come and bring another one of her children to her Immaculate Heart, that we will be safe, but we must "Pray the Rosary, and Be Prepared"!

Our souls must be in union with Our Lord so we may all be soldiers of Christ at His appointed time.

Larry,

Thank you for these more specific revelations of the message.

I have been wondering if the "follow the leader" emphasis of 3 times might have referred to our country's leadership just after the attacks of 9/11, something into the future as well, or may even have meant our Holy Father and his very public attempts to guide us - both John Paul II and Benedict.

We really need to pray re: this next election - for a leader for these most serious of times; one who may be there when and if such terror strikes us again...to deal with the chaotic aftermath.

This makes good sense. It is all backed up by other people like Christina Gallagher and others who have said the same thing. This is especially interesting because it all happened and was on the record well before 9/11 or others started making any mention.

I believe Our Lady has a BIG plan for this place and I am thankful that larry and his family have responded so faithfully. I think my family would have all cracked up under the pressure if it were on our shoulders. I am also thankful Larry had such a wise spiritual advisor when the messages were given to him.

Larry,

Could Our Lady have meant to prepare this place, the Springs, not as a physical place for all to come to, as so many seem to think; but more as a spiritual place of refuge to come to and pray together to protect our faith and save our souls?

Has that been considered, because I keep getting from people that they believe this is to be a place to come to and run and hide kind of during a horrible wake of evil upon our country.

Could that please be answered by Larry, since the message was given to only Larry, and he may have already descerned that.

Thank you!

I don't have any more knowledge of what the future holds than anyone else at my "pay grade". My suggestion is to stop worrying about it and put your thoughts to more constructive pursuits. God doesn't need our input. He asks our obedience to HIS WILL.

I have never run and hid from anything in my life and I don't see anybody being able to hide from anything here. My gosh, it's the biggest thing around for miles!

I have always felt, long before I knew ANYTHING about any connection with Our Lady and this place, that along with the strong spiritual pull this place has, it also had some special purpose to fulfill sometime in the future. She did show me the grounds being occupied by 150,000 people attending Mass with the altar on Holy Family Hill and how the entire 200 acres should be used. Everything in the open and nobody hiding.

My wife and family have never felt like "owners" here. I've always thought our role was to help preserve it and get it ready for some greater work it would be called into service for some day when another person or group would come along and help take it to the next "level". So far, that has not happened, but we remain humble and faithful that God is working through someone else, just as He did us, and that soon we will be obediently following a path, together, to the next "level".

Through discernment and prayer, over the years, I have learned that it is all about obedience to what I have been asked to do and not "pushing" anything. I know I am not driving this car...She is! I just need to keep the foot on the gas and do what I can to "Bring me my children. Bring me ALL of my children!"

My own belief is that this needs to be preserved so it can serve as a major spiritual destination as an American-family-centered devotional shrine. Everyone who has been a part of this from the beginning can attest to the many wonderful things that have happened to families and individuals who have come here together to pray and receive whatever it is Our Lady asks of Her Son.

Like I tell everyone who comes here, She isn't calling you here for Her benefit. It's for your benefit She is inviting you here. I believe it is why She chose this place to announce Herself as Our Lady of America on Sept 26, 1956 and then continued with Her central messages through November 1956. She knew it would be the natural attraction for the faithful that it has become and will continue to be.

Try to relax and not worry about things that are out of your control. You can hear God better when you turn down the volume. An hour on Holy Family Hill would do you good!

Some selections from another great post by Mark Mallett:

http://www.markmallett.com/blog/?p=260

We must bring extra oil for our lamps now! (see Matt 25:1-13) I believe it will be primarily supernatural graces which will carry the remant Church through the coming season, and thus, we must seek this divine oil while we still can.

and for our Protestant brothers and sisters re: Mary -

Mary is the Mother of Jesus and the Mother of all of us even though it was Christ alone who reposed on her knees… If he is ours, we ought to be in his situation; there where he is, we ought also to be and all that he has ought to be ours, and his mother is also our mother. —Martin Luther, Sermon, Christmas, 1529.

spiritual or physical refuge?:

There is much discussion these days buzzing around of "sacred refuges", places God is preparing around the earth as havens for His people. (It is possible, though the heart of Christ and His mother are the sure and everlasting refuges.) There are also those who sense the need to simplify their material possessions and be "ready."

God is preparing us for exile, in whatever form it comes. But we are not called to hide! Rather, this is the time to proclaim the Gospel with our lives; to boldy proclaim the truth in love, whether in season or out. It is the season of Mercy, and thus, we need to be signs of mercy and hope to a world suffering in the darkness of sin. Let there be no sad
(OR FEARFUL) saints!

He seems to have one of the most level-headed opinions here. Only someone with perfect faith could have that much confidence in Our Lord and Lady's plans.

Well, they did persecute the children at Fatima and bernadette did suffer greatly at the hands of idiots as yourself who had eyes that could not see either.

My husband and I visited Rome City late July 2007. As with J.Stolle and others, I also had the sense that it would be a place of refuge, and could "see" throngs of people there. The sense of peace is so strong that I never felt worried or like "hiding". During Our Lady's visits to Sr. Millie, she also explained that the amount of spiritual miracles would far surpass the physical ones.

BTW, to anonymous w/ the medals in Aurora, Il. Good work! Fox news reported that story re: misleading tactics to build the place and counsel underage girls. One 13 year old was reminded that she didn't need parental consent. Planned Parenthood has gotten all sorts of bad PR because of it. Even their "spin" has backfired!

Our spiritual weapons are so powerful! Pray the rosary, spread the word, Pound the Hill!

Thanks to Pam J for the kudos on placing the OLOA medals at the site of the proposed abortion mill in Aurora, IL. I really have to thank Larry for the inspiration though. He gave me the medals and told me to do what Our Lady prompted me to do. I thought about him telling me how he placed miraculous medals all around his property in Rome City to help protect it aand I thought this would do the same here.

We need your prayers to stop this project. This is a BIG facility they are trying to open. Planned Parenthood uses another name, GEMINI, to operate their businesses. BE AWARE!!

Please let me correct some of you in what you have chosen to believe. In my comment, I never said Sylvan Springs was a place to hide, or even was asking IF Larry thought it was. I was inferring that I didn't believe that way, and my comment to Larry was in hopes that he could give insight to that. (I obvioulsy did not make my feelings clear enough of what I believed.)

I posed that question because I was hearing that a lot from a lot of people who read this blog that I know, and from people that I don't know who are talking about Our Lady of America and the Shrine as being a place of refuge to protect our LIVES!! This is what I am hearing, not what I believe personally! I felt if Larry could explain it, hoping I was correct in my thoughts, and that he would also agree it was not a place to hide, that it would help people to understand perhaps differently what he has said at different times about the property being a form of refuge. And to be fair to Larry, I don't know if he ever even used that word refuge, but it is being used a lot on this blog anymore. Obviously many have taken what I have said incorrectly.

Maybe instead of telling me to get up on the hill to pray, (sorry but that was rude) those of you who have made reference to my comment via Larry's comment to it, should pray to be better listeners and not just jump all over innocent people who believe much like you.

I am upset and disappointed in what the replies have been, but that will not stop me from believing in Our Lady of America and how great Our Lady of America is and the wonderful things happening at Sylvan Springs.

From now on if I ever comment again, I will try and make myself clearer. I am also willing to take some of the responsibility of perhaps not wording the comment properly.

To Curious but a believer in OLOA.

May I, with Christian charity to you, apologize first. Please do not feel offended. I use the word refuge, but actually mean a spiritual refuge. A place to come to and pray, feel refreshed and continue on the journey of bringing more children to her, whether through prayer for them to come or bringing them physically to her place.

Yes, many people have bombarded this post with the word refuge, but as Larry has said, we need to be obedient to God's will and I am sure the rest will fall into place according the Our Lady's wishes.

I am sorry you felt the comment was directed directly at you, but I am sure it wasn't, but a general reply from Larry to the masses that have been contacting him through this post, by phone and emails.

Through our love of God and neighbor, let's all say an extra little prayer today for Larry and his family as they are struggling daily to do the will of God and what Our Lady has directed him to do.

I have known Larry for a number of years and I can assure everyone reading this blog of two things:

1)Larry's suggestion to spend an hour on Holy Family Hill was just that...a suggestion that serves as his invitation to come and pray and feel the calming ease that is one of the gifts Our Lady has waiting for us all at this Holy place.

2)If Larry wanted to offend anyone, THEY WOULD KNOW IT!

He is one of the most blunt and direct people you will ever meet. You ALWAYS know where he stands on an issue. He is also one of the funniest and most positive people I have ever met. I don't know of anybody else who could have done what he has done and not developed a true intolerance of people by now. He really believes in the goodness of people...no matter what names they call him.

Let me put it this way:
If I had to be stranded on an island with someone OTHER than my wife, I would hope that it would be Larry because I think he would survive and keep me alive until we were rescued. I'm proud of the guy.

No time for a post so I will just make a quick comment here re news from www.airmaria.com :

Our Lady of America is getting quite a reception in New Jersey this weekend...so many firefighters wanted to be in the procession, they had to turn fire companies down! How about that?

Let's all work to make this happen in ALL of our communities when Our Lady of America comes to YOUR town!
Much of everything that happened with OLA in New York came about because of the inspiration and OBEDIENCE of one man who simply followed through on what he felt he was directed to do.

The precedent has been set!

Is IT in YOU?

To curious...., I'm sorry if my comments offended you. My comments were in no way addressed to you or anyone specifically. You made it clear in your post that you wanted Larry's input, and I respect that. My comments were made in relation to those with similar experiences. When I stayed in Rome City, the word refuge just came to mind, as in a place where you can get away from the hurried world that has "ears but doesn't hear, and eyes but doesn't see." And upon feeling "called" and Urgently called to Rome City in July, I am amazed when others relate the same type of experiences. Although the word refuge came to mind during our stay, I never uttered it, (nor did Larry or anyone else) until I was home.
Most of all in regards to "pound the hill", to me that's just a "battle cry", for lack of a better term. I used it in the sense of uniting us all to Our Lady of America. It means I will be praying the rosary "on the hill" in spirit until I can visit again. I'm the LAST person who would presume to tell others what they should do.

Thank you J. Stolle and Pam J. for having the recognition that whether I misinterpreted Larry's respoonse or anyone elses response on the blog or even if I was accurate in my interpretaion, the both of you gave me the respect of listening to what I was trying to say to Larry regarding letting those who think they can hide away from this physically may very well be going in the wrong direction. I still feel most are not getting it, my original comment and also feeling they can hide away. But that is OK. Perhaps I am not as good with words as others, as I just speak from my heart.

I never meant to cause a conflict and thought I was being clear on my original post, but obviously I wasn't. Again I shall share some of that blame. But we all need to LISTEN to what people say, even I, and on email it is difficult to read things properly sometimes because of the emotion and body language not being available to help discern the comments.

Graces to you All, and may this September 25th. and 26th. be rewarding for us all in bringing our Faith together for this very important request of Our Lady of America.

Larry never said people should or could hide from anything at this place. Other people have mentioned the word refuge, like Ted Flynn, but even Christina Gallagher calls them "Houses of prayer".

There's all kinds of opinions out there and I think curious is probably of the same opine as others, just doesn't realize it due to restrictions of the blog writings.

This person should just make the pilgrimage to Rome City and be happy.

Rather than hypothetical/esoterical discussions, I think most of the people trying to learn more about this wonderful cause and who are unable to attend the actual weekly devotions held in our Lady's springs there, just love to hear from those who do attend. Please tell us more of the spiritual graces given and received through OLOA. The vision of 150,000 attending mass give us a wonderful hope - yes, a refuge for sinners (as is our Lady's title), a refuge of graces for all those seeking consolation in such an evil world - a spring of refreshment for her embattled children. Give us more testimonies of love and thanksgiving.

what I was trying to say was that this was a misplaced notion on his/her part to even have the presumption that Larry was giving this perception to anyone.

I think we are all on the same page...just some of us are a little closer to the actual facility and we know the facts first-hand and we feel an obligation to defend those and that which we love and hold dear.

If anyone has any more questions, I suggest they call the facility themselves and leave a message at 260-854-3525 for larry...He says he will return your call and you can get the facts for yourself and not get confused.

You know I am sorry I ever mentioned anything or even commented on something that I thought was of importance to clear up for those that felt they could run to the Springs or any other place of "refuge" to save their lives!!

That is all my comment was about, was people needed to have someone like Larry perhaps, or someone else help them understand that Larry or anyone else cannot promise them physical protection at a place of "refuge". That a place of "refuge" is for our Souls not our Bodies!!!

Now, according to someone else, I am getting my panties in a bunch, and I don't wear panties because I am not a cross dresser. So let's put this finally to rest and again, I will apologize for bringing up something that I felt might be important to the spiritual part for us all.

Once again I will say if my comment was not clear I apologize, but than I should have been told that Larry did not quite understand it and not just assume that I was worrying about "silly things." ( to be clear "silly things" are my words not his. ) I don't remember how he said it anymore, and I don't even care. I am not worrying about anything that Our Lady would not be concerned about if people feel they can save their physical bodies by running to the Springs or any other place called a place of "refuge". "Refuge" is not the problem, it is the way many, many people are speaking of what "refuge" means to them. Maybe none of you are hearing it, but I hear it all the time, and by people who believe in OLOA and the Springs.

I am done with the rhetoric and I am sure you are all glad. I will pray to OLOA and hope that somehow you can all get back on the right track. I have apologized several times if I misunderstood Larry, but have yet to hear any apology from Larry to if he May have misunderstood me. So again, I will apologize and ask you to please let this go and go about what you need to do to save your souls not your butts!!

Now how is that for someone who doesn't wear panties???

P.S. Please no one come back with a commment regardng Larry recognizing that he may have been wrong also. I really want this to stop! So it stops here, unless someone out there has to regurgetate out another horrid comment. If you feel I am trying to have the last word, you may very well be correct. After all did not my comment not start all of this? well, than I feel I have a right to end it!!

Curious and now a lot frustrated.

RE: Rome City, inspirations, false prophets and refuges

Obviously, anonymous is thriving on confusion, and anyone who would call Larry a false prophet, is not worth the reply...it's laughable. Just yesterday I spoke with an acquaintance who gave me almost a timetable of imminent natural disasters that would occur. Then she told me about the "Houses of Prayer" that Christina Gallagher sought to have built as refuges.
This woman's account seemed much too detailed since no one knows the hour...
Regardless, the most important thing Our Lady has always said in reference to prophecy, is "Do NOT be afraid."
No matter if or what happens, if we are prepared we will be with Her and Our Lord. What more refuge could there be but in Consecration to His Sacred Heart and Her Immaculate and Sorrowful Heart?
As stated on this blog by others, I read this to feel close to the peace and miracles and people in Rome City. When I went there, my biggest concern was that both my children -most recently my son- had stopped attending Mass. One college aged man and his friend told me they would pray for my son. Approximately one week after our return home without any mention of my concerns, my son said he would start going back to church! Thanks Luke B. and John! Also thanks to Irv for the healing service, and to Larry!
Most of all thanks to Our Lady of America!!!!
