Photos From July 6 Rosary

This Friday rosary was very special indeed! There was much to celebrate and much to anticipate for the future. We saw many new faces and enjoyed each other's company before and after the Mass, Benediction, Rosary, and Reconciliation services.

As evidenced by the following photos, Our Lady was in our midst throughout the night...in the sky above and in the chapel.

There were so many spectacular photos submitted from this evening, we could never present them all in this posting. Keep checking back for more of these photos in the days ahead.

Join us for the rosary every Friday. Doors open at 4 pm for tours and Q&A before the services begin. This week Mass is scheduled to begin at 6:30 before the rosary.

Incredible!

What more can Our Lady do to call us?

Now that Her Bishops have been given their directions, we must encourage them by our own actions.

POUND THE HILL!!!

I just heard the wonderful news last night about the Canon Approval for Our Lady of America.

Now, there should be no excuses made by priests and lay people as to the veracity of these messages of hope and salvation for this country. let's keep working to get the statue in the National Shrine and increase the numbers of faithful praying the Friday rosaries.

I saw that middle photo that looks like it is night, but it was taken at 2:00 in the afternoon. I'm using it for my screensaver now.

I will be at the rosary and Mass this Friday and I will be "Pounding The Hill" beforehand.

Thank you to the good priests who are answering Our Lady's call and offering the sacraments at these rosaries.

The pictures are beautiful and so awesome. Let us continue to pray that Our Lady wishes will be adhered to and her likeness will be placed at Washington D.C. to help circumvent further attacks on U.S. soil.

I personally wish to thank each and every person involved in the promotion of Our Lady especially the dear Bishop's and Priest's that are very active on this cause.

Our prayers are desparately needed for safety for our United States as just recently Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff said he had a "gut feeling" that the United States faced a heightened risk of attack this summer.

We will need to place our trust in Jesus Christ and His Blessed Mother to keep us protected and safe from harm at all times.

Friday night I will be praying the rosary along with each of you.

What great photos! That spot on the drapery keeps moving around. I don't think drycleaning will even get them out. ;-)

I can't wait to visit for myself. I'm trying to get our parish priest to come with me, but getting him to travel, even for the day, is a task in itself. Please pray that he will decide to come along and that he will help generate more knowledge of OLOA in our parish. His name is Fr. Thomas.

Last night's rosary and Mass were very inspiring. I could feel the holiness all around me.

The Mass was extra special when Fr. James asked people to give testimony as to how Sylvan Springs has helped build their faith. All of the personal accounts were extraordinarily candid. Larry hit the nail on the head and Irv drove it home with Our Lady of America. Such inspiring stories all around!

I cannot wait until next week.

We saw a sign at the nearby parish advertising the Shroud of Turin exhibit at Sylvan Springs so we stopped by to take a look. My whole family was BLOWN AWAY by Our Lady of America and the tour Nick gave us. What a neat guy.

We will be going back soon to see more and spend some time in the chapel. From the looks of things, it appears people are coming pretty regularly. There were a number of other cars with people all about the buildings and on the hill and at the water fountains gathering jugs of water.

There isn't any way to explain the peaceful feeling you get when you walk the halls and beautiful grounds. You just know that The Virgin Mary is there.

The most incredible thing I've ever seen in my life took place last night at Sylvan Springs when I witnessed the Miracle of The Sun. I've heard about this happening at other places, but when it happened before my own eyes, it was one of the most unbelievably awesome things I have ever experienced.

Please make the journey and pray on the Holy Ground that is Sylvan Springs in Rome City where Our lady of America appeared in 1956 to Sr. Neuzil. Bring your children and teach them to pray the rosary.

Anyone notice the picture on SpiritDaily.com today? Could it be from Sylvan Springs? Looks similar to those with extra images floating off.

That photo actually was taken on July 15, 2006 during the first official OLOA pilgrimage to Sylvan Springs which was led by Irv Kloska from Elkhart.

Sorry for the error.

Get better quick Irv! There's work back here at the farm you need to get done.

Mass this evening is wonderful news!!!

A small prayer if I may:

We love you Blessed Mother and we thank you for the gift of Sylvan Springs. Help us to be worthy of the beauty and peace found on this holy ground.

May this place along with the devotion to Our Lady of America reach many souls and bring them to your Son.

We thank you for interceding for us and for your eternal love for us.

You are the BEST MOM EVER!!!

I spent a peaceful and prayer-filled afternoon at Sylvan Springs with my children today. The grounds are wonderful and you can absolutely feel Our Lady's presence all about the building and hillside.

We could not stay for the rosary, but I think we have the place warmed-up for all those who will be there tonite. God be with you all!

It was an AWESOME evening at Sylvan Springs tonight. The rosary and Mass were just the beginning for me. I went to the hill where a group of Hispanics were meeting and talking about Juan Diego and Our lady while the sun was spinning very dramatically. I cannot wait to return with friends from church.

It was an awesome evening last night. My wife and I are still trying to determine what it is we saw in the sky after the rosary was finished. It was sort of diamond-shaped, but colorful and it bounced around a bit before shooting back into the sun several times.

We both kind of gasped when we saw it and didn't talk about it until we were driving home later on. We may go back this evening after dinner to walk the grounds again. last night there were many people on the Holy Family Hill watching the same thing we saw. I think they were mostly Hispanic, so I don't know if there was a special program going on that I was not awrae of. We had not seen any of them at the Mass or rosary, so maybe some other program was being held on the hill for this group. everyone seemed to be very happy and elated to be there, so I think they will be back too.

I feel She is asking me to bring anyone I can to this wonderfully relaxing place for prayer and and meditation on Her son's passion and love for us all.

Please make the time to make a pilgrimage to Rome City and feel what I feel. You will be warmly greeted.

Here is an interesting article via SpiritDaily.com for your discernment re: spirit orbs:

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/pages/live/femail/article.html?in_article_id=469849&in_page_id=1879

Of course there is secular interpretation mixed in.

It is interesting too that one who is studying these is a member of a Vatican group.

At July 22, 2007 5:09 PM , Anonymous Linda P. said...

I read that article and had to laugh. I took photos with orbs in the chapels at Sylvan Springs using a disposable 35 mm camera. All of the other photos I took with that camera had no orbs, but all of the ones in the chapels did. The camera was fresh out of the disposable wrapper and no dust was on the lense.

The secular response was typical given the paper that did the article. If you look at most of their comments, they are usually anti-christian in their tone. I know what happened when I went to Rome City and took my photos and I know that a spiritual presence was definitely there when I did it because we were having Benediction at the time.

I overheard people talking about a large Mass being planned for this Friday at Sylvan Springs and that a very prominent local vocalist from Fort Wayne named Tom Didier is scheduled to sing. This is exciting. Tom's voice is outstanding. What a beautiful way to pay tribute to Our Lady with a throng of people attending Mass and being led in song and prayer.
I am not usually this excited, but I cannot wait for Friday.

Our Lady of America statue to be at the Basilica in St. Louis. Go to Our Lady of America website, it has an updated article about the Statue being in St. Louis through August and then is to travel to the West Coast.

Continue to pray for our Bishops to promote Our Lady's cause.

I would like to see how it looks at the chapel where it all began in Rome City.

COME SEE OUR LADY OF AMERICA

The new official image of Our Lady of America which Archbishop Raymond L. Burke blessed last November at the United States Bishops meeting in Baltimore can now be seen in downtown Saint Louis, Missouri in the historic Basilica of St. Louis, King, on the Mississippi Riverfront adjoining the National Park Service Jefferson National Expansion Memorial. Her statue will be there throughout this August(2007). This beautiful and historic Basilica of Saint Louis was the Proto-Cathedral of the Catholic Church in the United States West of the Mississippi River. It is indeed fitting and proper for the statue of Our Lady of America to be displayed in this former Cathedral of the Archdiocese of Saint Louis, so convenient to pilgrims and travelers. The Basilica has free parking for visitors to the Church.

From the OLOA newsletter.

I think we all owe a debt to Archbishop Burke for really moving personally for OLOA. Things seem to be falling in place but could be faster if bishops would move as a whole - for this we need more prayer. We might also email AB Burke and thank him for what he has done and perhaps inquire if he can influence the speedy placement of OLOA's image in the Basilica - esp. before this next election. The leadership this country may get could be one completely opposed to the purity requested of America by our Lady. And then what?????

I totally agree with the last Anonymous talking about supporting our bishops.

Our Lady said: "Gather Together My Bishops." How much clearer could she have been? Witing and supporting the bishops involved is still the only route I am aware of since Our Lady relayed that message to me, in private locution several months ago.

Please let us again try to answer her call, and to finally place her image in Washington D.C. as she requested of Sister Mildred over 50 years ago.

Peace and Purity of Love,

T.W.

I have to commend both websites on their great work on behalf of Our Lady of America and Her request to "Bring me my children!"

It has been an exciting and fast-paced last few months. Help to keep it moving by writing your local Bishop as well as the FW/SB Bishop D'Arcy and AB Burke and all the others who are prominently promoting this cause.

Ask Bishop D'Arcy to bring the OLOA statue to his Immaculate Conception Cathedral as well as the Our Lady Mother of Mercy Chapel in Rome City for Mass and Benediction with the rosary. All who participate in this exercise will receive graces...I am positive of this.

In the meantime, continue to pound the hill in Rome City as you have been and vote with your feet and rosary beads. Make the pilgrimage for Friday rosaries and involve yourself in the community.

Many thanks to Nick and Sue for taking the time to show us around the chapels and marvelously decorated guest room areas. The whole facility is simply gorgeous!

One can sense the years of accumulated graces as they walk the property. While there, we saw various people stopping in to pray and meditate pn the hill and by the waterfall as they filled their water jugs.

I can see this place being populated beyond belief in a very short time. Our Lady is at work and Her presence is undeniable.

ATTENTION * ATTENTION * ATTENTION

This week's Friday night rosary, 7/27, will begin at 6:30 pm with Holy Mass in the main chapel. It will be immediately followed by Benediction and Adoration during which time the Rosary will be recited. Reconciliation will also be offered to those in attendance at this time.

We encourage families/couples to take their turns leading the various mysteries of the rosary as they have been doing. This is a very powerful devotional tool which has not only helped families grow closer to each other, but closer to Our Lord Jesus Christ as well.

Our Lady The Immaculate Virgin, Inc. has recently purchased a good used golf cart for the use of those with physical difficulties who need assistance in getting around the property. With the steadily growing numbers of visitors with such needs, more of these golf carts are needed to help them get to the devotional areas they would otherwise be excluded from. Holy Family Hill must be experienced to receive the fullness of Our Lady's presence during their visit.

Your tax-deductible donation will help us tremendously in this effort to safely transport these pilgrims. Donation boxes are located in the main chapel and at the top of the stairs leading to the south lawn.

Please make checks payable to:

Good news to report. My husband and I begin our RCIA program in ten more days and during my check-in at the doctor's office today, they were able to weigh me on the "little" scale because I am under 480 lbs. now. I have dropped almost 130 lbs. with the help of Our Lady of America and I know I am on my way back to living a fantastic life. Everyone in the clinic was cheering for me and I told them I only had Jesus and His Mother Mary to thank.

Thanks to all of you who have been supportive of my needs. I had lost hopem but Our Lady led me to this wonderful place and to all of the wonderful people on this BLOG who let me know I was not alone and that I was worthy of being loved.

My husband is a changed man too. he prays the rosary while he drives his truck during the day. I told him that for every 15 decade rosary he prays, I lose 1 pound. he's been praying as fast as he can.

We will need to throw out some of my old clothes this weekend. I will be glad to see them go.

I will be praying with you all on Friday.

Hello all, I was able to go back to the spring this past Sunday morning. I brought several jugs to get water and was able to walk the grounds and say some prayers on the hill. I took many photos of the grounds, but as there was no one around none of the inside. Last trip I took many of the inside. That's quite alright by me as I am hoping to schedule another trip on a Friday evening to attend Rosary and to take more photos and hopefully film. In the mean time I would like to submit a couple of photos of the grounds and hill for those who cannot make it to this wonderful place.

Last night was one of the most profound and memorable spiritual experiences of my life. I attended the Friday night rosary and came early for the Mass. To my surprise, there was a healing service going on when I arrived and a throng of people were gathered at the base of the altar area praying over a small baby who I came to know was born with a heart problem.

The mood was altogether Holy as I entered the chapel where the Our lady of America apparitions took place. A man named Irv was leading the prayers over this child and annointing all of those in attendance. Suddenly, another man broke out in song singing "Ave Maria" with a voice so pure and reverent that everyone I could see was brought to tears at the sight and sound of the proceedings.

Then, Irv annointed and prayed over all of the others wishing to be healed. It was so beautiful to behold!

Mass began and the priest gave a lovely sermon. Then he exposed the Eucharist for Adoration while we prayed the rosary. The priest said he would do this for one hour while confessions were heard and the line was long for the entire hour. I can see that there will be a need for more priests to hear the confessions if this is to continue.

After Adoration, we held Benediction and closing and many of us went outside to view a miraculous sunset. The sun was definitely spinning and I could plainly see a host covering the orange/gold sun as it spun erratically in the sky. I could feel Our Lord's presence all around me as did everyone else I observed.

I would like to personally thank this family for their great sacrifice in preserving this wonderful property for Our Lady of America. I know that great numbers of people will be coming soon and I experienced something that I may never be so close to again. I went back again this morning and there were many cars in the lot and people on the grounds. I know that the word is getting around and this is good. EVERYONE SHOULD FEEL AND WITNESS WHAT I DID LAST NIGHT!!

God Bless you all. Make the journey to Rome City and give praise to God the Father and honor to Mother Mary.
