June 8, 2007 Rosary

video

These photos were captured at the conclusion of the June 8, 2007 rosary event. A visiting priest had made a special visit to say Mass in the small chapel before the rosary for all in attendance that evening. Benediction was then offered and the rosary was prayed during exposition of the Eucharist. Reconciliation was also offered to all in attendance. It was a very Holy feeling in the air that night.

Upon the conclusion of the Benediction and rosary, participants noticed the sun spinning very actively in the sky and a shaft of light shooting down directly in front of the Our Lady Mother of Mercy Chapel where the Our Lady of America apparitions took place in 1956.

You can see in the sequence of photos just how two bright images followed this shaft of light down to the entrance and took up positions...one above the doorway and one in front of the large tree facing the front doors. This entire event was witnessed by the naked eye of onlookers.

This Friday, June 29, there will be well over 100 people in attendance for the rosary as a busload of pilgrims from the South Bend and Elkhart, IN areas along with caravans from surrounding states will be attending thanks to the efforts of Irv Kloska. Please join us if you can. Doors will be open at 4:30pm.

Urgent Prayer Request

Irv will not be able to attend due to health reasons. Please include both Irv and his son Bobby in your prayer intentions so that both will make complete recoveries and join us all again as soon as possible.

Thank you for those pictures. Again, they are truly fascinating. Anxious to hear about the prayer group of this past Friday night!

The prayer group had a phenomenal turnout!

One full busload plus another 30+ cars filled with people from as far away as Cleveland and mid-Michigan who drove in for the prayers, tours, and an engaging talk by Larry Young. Irv Kloska also sent along a very moving letter that was read by John Thomas to start the rosary. Irv is recovering from heart surgery and is in need of our prayers, along with his son Bobby, for a speedy recovery.

The main chapel floor was filled with families and pilgrims who came to learn, first-hand, the messages of Our Lady of America. The only thing missing was medals for the pilgrims. Perhaps this can be remedied for future events?
I believe there will be more and more attending. I saw tears in many faces and the overwhelming spirit that filled the chapel and the entire grounds was truly Holy!

I was there too and I agree with Erin. It was one of the more spiritual events I have ever attended. The Holy Spirit was with us all that night as we gathered. I took some photos in the main chapel with a 35mm camera during the rosary and orbs are everywhere I will send copies to this blog. The orbs are all around where Our Lady appeared and the current statue is placed. I also had orbs around the original tabernacle that was hidden behind the drapery.

I have not developed the pictures of the blue room with the oil on the walls yet. It was fascinating too. Really makes you think how wonderful Our Lord is!

I cannot be more strong in my suggestion that everyone do what they can to visit this place and feel it for yourself. Don't forget water jugs.

The Rosary was wonderful Friday night. All in attendance where so actively participating in prayer and walking the grounds. Many went down to the Good Friday Well to wash themselves or gather water to take home. We had a cloudy day, so I don't know if anyone was able to get anything from the sun or not, or to see it spin. But the Evening was a wonderful spiritual experience! We missed you Irv!!

Testimonial: Several weeks ago, I had a very bad knee that was possibly going to need surgery. I had an appointment to have it looked at. That evening, back in May, I was at the Springs and I washed my swollen, sore knee with the water from the Good Friday Well and said prayers to OLOA. I was limping terribly that evening as I walked the hill and the grounds. The next morning the knee felt almost 100% better. I put more of the water on it that morning and prayed again to Our Lady of America, and by that evening all my swelling was gone, and the knee was completely healed! I can now run, and jog, and have absolutely no trouble with that knee since that day. I had injured in back in January when I wrenched it shoveling snow. It was a knee that had been previously injured several years ago and had to have the knee cap drained back then. But now the knee is 100% NORMAL!! I can only give the credit to Our Lady of America and the water from the Good Friday Well. It healed completely in less than 24 hours!

All who are able to go there, even if a physical healing is not to be, please know Our Lady is there along with her Son, and that a gift of a spiritual healing will be there for all who come!!

God bless,
T.W. South Bend, In

I attended the Friday rosary this past weekend. What a beautiful evening!

I had been attracted to Rome City for several weeks now. Although my funds are terribly limited, I scrounged what I could and filled my tank for the trip. I have been suffering with chronic arthritis for several years and I have been praying for relief. I felt very strongly that Our Lady was calling me to make the trip, so I did.

When I arrived, my friend and I asked where the Good Friday well was and we got in line to wash in the water and fill our containers. How refreshing!

Immediately upon washing my hands and arms, I felt a sensation of "looseness" in my joints I had not felt in years. I was rejuvenated and have felt great ever since. My terrible arthritis is gone and I have Our Lady to thank for leading me here. It was just as LArry had said during his talk "She wants to give you something. Not necessarily what you want but what you need."

I believe in Our Lady of America and the fruits of Rome City because I am living proof for myself.

Thank you for allowing me to share.

Is there an update on Irv?

Also, God has been working enormously on our behalf. We have a contract on our house, my husband will be in the Howe/Lagrange area starting next weekend (Permanently for work), and God (through the wonderful intercession of the Holy Mother to be sure) is working at a frenetic pace to move us towards this definite calling. The story is an incredible one that I must share...the past 5 days have been full of His glory...of that there is no doubt!

Irv is home and resting as well as can be expected for a man with over 60 direct family members (sorry Irv, but I lost count a couple of baptisms ago).

He cannot wait to get back to the Springs for the Friday night rosary. It will not be this weekend for sure.

He and his family thank all of the people on this blog for their prayers and for their devotion to Our Lady of America.
