More Photos Of The Miracle of The Sun

These photos were taken on April 20, 2007 during the regular Friday night rosary. This person was standing at the base of Holy Family Hill at the time.

Notice the small bright light as it moved around the sun with no regular pattern.

More photos will be posted later.

Question- In the third picture from the top is the light on the ground or appears to be on the ground? It must be wonderful to experience this in person. All praise and thanks be to God.

If you want to get the bishops attention, simply go to the Springs and pray. Go by the thousands and pray. When they see so many people there they will want to attend to their spiritual needs with confession and the Eucharist. Remember, someone posted "Bring me my children". Where do you think Our Lady is calling us to ? Where She said it...at Sylvan Springs. Come my children to the springs!

If you look back through the archives, there is another set of photos that show two lights circling the spinning sun. At times, they also look like the "divine" image with the "heart" of light. Could these have been both Our Blessed Mother and Jesus with His Immaculate Heart looking down on this site?

It sure appears like the light from the sky comes all the way down to the ground in the third picture.

I have seen the sun spin at this particular site and I can assure you it is more than wonderful to be in the midst of it while it is happening. I went right from the hill to my parish priest and asked for him to hear my confession. I have never, ever had that feeling before.

My daughter and I took a trip to Rome City to visit yesterday. It was quite nice. We lost my wife (her mother) this past year and this Mother's Day is difficult for us both. We felt drawn to this place for some reason while making breakfast yesterday morning.

We found great comfort in the immaculate grounds and the seclusion and peacefulness we felt on the hill. My daughter claimed she could smell the roses when we were in front of the holy family statue.

This is definitely a place that has been blessed and it should be saved somehow for just this particular use for people like us.

I hear about these things happening at Medjugorje also. Do they happen at Loutdes and Fatima too? I never hear anything about it.

I have spoken with a woman who has witnessed the sun spinning at Sylvan Springs. She says it is breathtaking. Possibly one of the most spiritually moving experiences of her life. She is non-Catholic and neither am I but I am very interested in visiting and being a part of this.

Miracles do happen.

I showed my husband this website this weekend and told him about the goings-on with Our Lady of America as I have been able to gather from various websites. he was not overly impressed at first and then he started looking at the photos and reading more.

Well, today before Mass, he went to the sacristy early and asked to have his confession heard. He has not been to confession in years.

He is happy and joyful today and planting the flowers we bought over the weekend. I'm not going to say a word until he does. Miracles do happen. :)

"I hear about these things happening at Medjugorje also. Do they happen at Loutdes and Fatima too? I never hear anything about it."

This Sylvanus Springs fiasco cannot compare with holy places, such as Fatima and Lourdes and Medjugorje, which have been graced by apparitions of the Blessed Virgin Mary. The faithful have been spiritually blessed and physically healed by visiting Lourdes and Fatima. Some of the miracles that have occurred in those places have been witnessed by millions, and at times, even recorded on video. Fatima and Lourdes have not only withstood the test of time, but have flourished over time by the grace of God. Sylvanus Springs, on the other hand, has withered into obscurity over the years, and is neglected by the Church, which won't even investigate the empty boasts that Our Lady appeared there.

Sylvan Springs is not in the same class with Fatima, nor Lourdes, nor Medjugorje. Even people who have resided in that area for many years have never seen anything supernatural there. There are no reports from residents of ever having seen the sun spin nor any apparitions there. Some people who go there DESPERATELY WANTING to see a miracle have allowed their eyes to play tricks on them and imagine that they see the sun "spinning." I just hope they don't damage their vision as a result. The photos you see on this website are common lens effects that occur when a camera is pointed at the sun.

It's easy to see why the Bishops won't waste their time on Sylvan Springs, which is named after the pagan idol Sylvanus. Think about it.

Heed the wise example of the Shepherds of the Church and avoid that place.

God bless all of you, and protect you from the snares of the enemy.

That last comment is obviously made by an idiot who knows nothing about lens effects.

The same thing was said about the things going on at Medjugorje. I've not found any things on the internet which speak of sun spinning at Lourdes...only Fatima and that was the one time. It may be happening still but I don't know. I don't plan on wasting any money travelling there for something that's over with. I'd rather go someplace like Rome City or Medjugorje where something is happening.

I'm new here an it seems like this last comment was made by someone who has had their head up a horse's patoot once too many times!

Even if you could create this image by directing your lens at the sun, there would be too many crystal-like "flares" to allow for such a definite point of light to be so distinctly moving about. This person must have it in for this place. maybe they own timeshares at Fatima and they're afraid they'll lose their income from all the richie-rich's who can afford to go overseas?

My thinking is: why go out to eat when the cookin' is better at home?

BTW: Sylvan Springs is named for the lake area that was settled by Irish catholics way back in 1800's (about the time you learned to ride that horse you have your head stuck up behind).

Maybe they were just too drunk to consider the old Pagan gods you care so much about and they just named it after one of their rich bosses.

Heed the wise example of the Shepherds of the Church

And that is just what the people are doing ... finally! They are heeding the wisdom of shepherd Leibold, shepherd Burke, shepherd Garcia and the others in discernment.

A miracle through the intercession of OLOA: check out the OLOA site today!

Re: the locals witnessing the miracle of the sun ... have you been reading only what you wish to read here? There've been several.

They have not ears to hear nor eyes to see and so are left in ignorance!

That is the same little baby that the man from elkhart who carved the statue went down and prayed over after she was born.

This was a great blessing from OLOA and a product of great faith from all those involved with Our Lady's wishes.

No reason for any input by me while I'm still in this positive mode. It looks like it's been covered from all sides. Thanks Rocco

Rocco,

I am so proud of you.!!! That was a hard one to pass by. Shows how much you have grown.

Is it ok to take pleasure with someone else putting the negative person down, welllll, I don't know about that, but YOU are doing what you need to do! I guess a little gloating over someone else being negative back to that poor soul who needs Christ's help desperately----- is acceptable!!

Oops did I just slip there on that last comment??

Zip it up Lhea!! :-(

See we are all human!!
Lhea

p.s. did you see my response to your other comments on the prior post?

To paraphrase my favorite Brady, Jan:

It's always "Rocco. Rocco. Rocco."

Good job fellah. I thought for sure that "horse's patoot" comment would drive your gears.

I remember praying for that granddaughter of the OLOA advocate at the Friday rosary last year. If I am not mistaken, that would be the second cure of one of this guy's grandkids so far. One through the water and prayer to OLOA and the other through the same means a few months later. As I recall hearing, this child and mother were in real trouble.

I guess the negative anonymous commenter will say it was all the doctors' doing and OLOA's part in this was all the devil's influence.

Thank goodness there are enough intelligent folks out there to dipel this person's misguided and foolish rantings. They obviously do not truly understand the omnipotent capabilities of Our Lady in Heaven and the many ways in which She elects to call out to Her children to come to Her.

I think Our Lady of America came to this special place in Indiana, centrally located within driving distance of 70% of this continent's population, for the simple reason that She wants us to be able to gather easily, by the thousands, to gather the many graces available to us. Not everyone can afford the time and money to fly to Europe. I tried walking once, but my mom stopped me and my bag of peanut butter sandwiches three blocks away...she said I would need to pack more socks and underwear and she took me home. She promised to help me pack the next day, but somehow I got involved with a new Tonka truck and I forgot all about how I wanted to run away.

I think OLOA is a lot like my own mother in that regard. It's like Larry's letter says, She knows you better than you know yourself. She doesn't give you what you want, She gives you what you need.

I think She wants to give us all what we need in Rome City.

Great insight from Our Lady's Man.

I am very happy for this baby and her mother. What a blessing for that family.

They should post their story on this blog so we can all share in their happiness.

To Our Lady's Man-

If you don't mind me asking, whatever happened to the peanut butter sandwiches?

Well, it has been a little more than a week since I went to Rome City "to get what I needed" and I am now 12 pounds lighter than my last weigh-in which was a little more than 2 weeks ago.

My doctor says keep doing what I'm doing. I told him about what happened and he said he believes every word of it. He said he had been praying for me too, because nothing he was doing seemed to be doing any good.

I am mixing the spring water from Rome City with tap water from home to make it last longer. I drink a few sips before every meal and pray for help. I keep the picture of Our Lady of America on the fridge where she can help keep an eye on me :)

the peanut butter sandwiches were eaten by imaginary friend "Binny" when I made my move for the new yellow Tonka truck (actually, it was a front-end loader and it moved a beach load of sand that day).

Dear Curious George-

You must have missed this part of the previous letters and the peanut butter reference:

There is definately something drawing us to Sylvan Springs. It is so peaceful there . Our Lady wants us to preserve this ground for something special. Just pray, pray , pray for it. That cannot hurt anything. God bless all who enter there .
Michele ,
PS I grew up in this area.
